Video Production

Digital Video Technology

Why Seminole? Because in Seminole High School’s Digital Video Technology 1, Digital Video Technology 2, Digital Video Technology 3, and Digital Video Technology 4, students don’t just learn about video production—they experience it in real time. This program is designed to turn creativity into career-ready skills, giving students the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional credentials and the CIW Multimedia Specialist certification.

What sets Seminole apart is the focus on authentic, real-world learning. Students actively cover events both on and off campus, producing content that is used across a variety of school platforms

and projects. Their work has purpose, audience, and impact.

As students advance through the program, they take on greater responsibility, collaborating as production teams and refining their technical and storytelling abilities.

Advanced students bring it all together through the production of the Nole Daily News, a student-run broadcast shown on campus three days a week. In this fast-paced environment, students step into professional roles as anchors, producers, videographers, and editors—gaining hands-on experience that prepares them for college and careers in the media industry.

At Seminole, students don’t just prepare for the future—they start building it.
