Enrolling at Seminole High School
In order to enroll at Seminole High School you will need to provide the following documentation:
- If you own your home- a copy of your deed or homestead exemption
- If you rent- a copy of your lease
- 2 additional proofs are needed in addition to proof of home ownership/lease, this can include:
- Driver’s License
- Utility Bill
- Voter’s Card
- Car Registration
- Florida Immunization Record
If you are coming from out of state, your immunization records must be transferred onto a Florida Immunization Form (680) before a student can enroll in school. This can be done at a local family physician or the Seminole County Health Department.
- Proof of Physical Examination by a Physician
If you are coming from out of state, your physical exam must have been completed within the last year
Proof of Withdraw
- Official Transcript
- FCAT Test Scores, if applicable
- Any ESE Records, if applicable (An IEP must be provided before a student can enroll)
Withdrawing from Seminole High School
- If a student is under 18 years of age, a parent must be present to sign the withdraw form
- Student needs to bring any books, uniforms, money, etc.
that belong to Seminole High School on the day of withdraw (Records will not be released until all debts are cleared)
